RioLinx provides an extranet authentication solution, Extradium™ for SharePoint, allowing companies to deploy internet and extranet sites on top of SharePoint 2013, 2016 and 2019. Our solution is user- friendly, easy to use and simplifies user and group management of external users.
We recognize and respect the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers, registered members, partners, resellers and visitors (all together “User(s)”) who use our products and services (collectively referred as the “Services”) offered on our website (the “Site”).

You need to create a RioLinx account before you can download and use our Services. When you register for an account, we collect your e-mail address, your first and last names, your company name and your country. 
·         Other Personal Information you intentionally share
We may collect some personal information you submit to us through our Site, emails, fax and telephone, including but not limited to, when you place an order with us, contact us for a request, provide us with a testimonial, comment on our blog, use our ShareThis tools we make available to our Users.
Personal information you provide to us may be collected by us even if an order, registration, or other process is started but not completed or otherwise cancelled.
3.      Non Personal information we collect from other sources
We may collect information about you that is not personal information.
·         Analytics information

·         We may share your information with our hosting provider
We use a third party to provide us with server space, where our Site and your personal information are stored. The hosting provider may have access to your information but is obligated not to disclose or use your information for any purpose whatsoever. We strive to work with reputable hosting providers because your security is important to us. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability of our hosting provider. By using our Site, you hereby agree that we are not liable for any privacy breaches that may occur as a result of the actions of our hosting provider.
·         We may share your information with MailChimp
We may share your personal information when we store some of your information in third party marketing programs, such as MailChimp, and use it to contact you about our Site and Services. ​
